Meet Dr. Jeffrey M. Parker
Dr. Jeffrey M. Parker is originally from Monroeville, PA. He completed his pre-doctoral studies at the University of Pittsburgh in 2006 receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Bioscience certificate. In 2010, he received his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Parker received several recognitions based on his academic achievements, including the Beirman Scholarship, Theodore Rosenthal Memorial Scholarship, and Dr. Gilbert Roberts Continuing Education Scholarship Award.
After dental school Dr. Parker was accepted to a general practice residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. After finishing his general practice residency, Dr. Parker practiced in the Washington, D.C. area as a general dentist before applying for his endodontics training.
Dr. Parker completed his post graduate training at The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, earning his Endodontic Certificate and Master of Science degree in Endodontics in 2016. While in residency, he served as chief resident, presented his research “CBCT Uses in Clinical Endodontics” at the AAE annual meeting, and published in the Journal of Dental Education.
He maintains membership in the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and Western Pennsylvania Dental Society
